Types of Industrial Lubricants
- Specially formulated with selected additives and addition anti-oxidant, rust inhibitors & anti-foaming agents. These are recommended for lubrication of turbines like steam, gas & hydraulic and can be used in hydraulic systems where long life performance is required.
- These products are specially made for use in Hydraulic System and they are blended with high quality, high viscosity index base stocks and a special additive package consisting of anti – wear, anti-foam, anti-oxidant, rust and corrosion inhibitors.
- These oils are equally suitable for hydraulic-systems, circulation-systems, air compressors, and paper making machines. They meet BIS-10522-1993 specifications for hydraulic mineral oil types for ISO VG grades.
- They are lead-free EP lubricants and are protected against foaming; they separate readily from water and provide rust and corrosion protection to metal surfaces. This gear oils are recommended for heavy-loaded gear sets including worm and industrial hypoid unit's prevention of metal-to-metal contact and increase the life of gears.
- It is blended with selected anti-oxidant and rust inhibitors to give low carbon forming tendencies in air compressors applications. They are specially developed for compressors to provide satisfactory lubricators and high temperature and load conditions.
- These grades have been formulated to impart special frictional characteristics that overcome the stick-slip motion, ordinarily associated with slow moving machine parts. They are also fortified with mild EP and rust preventive properties. These oils are recommended for slide way lubrication of planer, grinder, horizontal boring machines, shapers, jig borers etc.
- Low viscosity spindle oils blended from high VI base stocks possessing excellent chemical and oxidation stability and further fortified with carefully selected oxidation and rust inhibitors, anti-wear and anti-foam agents to provide good strength to oil film, good demulsibility, high chemical stability, lower fluid friction and resistance to rust and corrosion. It recommended for textile and machine tools, spindle bearing, timing gears, centrifugal separators and hydraulic systems of certain high precision machine tools.
Types of Specialities Lubricants
- It is specially compounded emulsifying cutting oil having excellent mixing capacity with water to form a homogeneous and stable emulsion ready for use for all types of metal cutting operations. The oil is formulated to avoid separation even on prolonged storage, and imparts anti-corrosion to ferrous metal and its alloys, due to its metal passivators.
- Synthetic type coolant intended for use on ferrous metals and its chemical formula is angled to overcome any difficulties in the cutting and grinding of Cast Iron with soluble media. A reliable small amount of EP additives is present so that a high surface finish can be achieved.
- He robustness of Broaching Oil makes it ideal for use in cutting operations where extreme lubrication is required, especially in broaching and gear cutting of steel, stainless steels and nickel alloys.
- Metal forming is one of the important factors for metal working industry. In this process metal is forced to flow to acquire the desired dimension by the use of suitable mechanical equipment. It is especially suitable for use an effective coolant in wire drawing operations.
Metal forming processes are Wire Drawing, Pressing, Stamping, Deep Drawing, Tube Drawing, Forging. Grades are tailor made to satisfy different operation. Due to its excellent lubricity, rust and corrosion inhibitor properties will ensure satisfactory performance.
- It is oil based on mineral hydrocarbons with a high flash point because of its narrow boiling range.
- It has high flash point and good high temperature properties, but it has low solvency. It finds greatest use butyl and ethylene propylene rubbers. It is recommended to be used for the processing of light coloures rubber goods such as while walled tyres shoes sole, toys, sporting goods, etc.
- It is spark erosion oil based on aromatic free hydrocarbons as it has narrow boiling range and high flash point. It is non-toxic and non-corrosive.
- This product is ideally suited for remover of swarf and other impurities, metals working fluids and oily rust preventives from metal during manufacturing process particularly where short term protection is required.
- Glass Mould Oil are non-graphite type glass mould oils used for de-moulding in glass moulding industry. Glass mould oils are blended from highly refined base oils and specially selected additives.
- These products are specially developed for use in vacuum pumps.
- These products having low vapour pressure even at high temperature.
- These products have low rate of absorbing water and have high lubricity, which results in obtaining the best performance from vacuum pumps.
- Grease provides better adhesion and sealing properties, making it suitable for applications with slow or intermittent movement, high loads, and extreme temperatures. It is commonly used in bearings, gears, and other components that require long-lasting lubrication.
- Drawing Oil is a straight oil, with characteristics that feature a heavy viscosity product formulated with mineral oil, formulated with extreme pressure additive and lubricating agent.
- They have high resistance to oxidation, good extreme pressure, anti-rust and anti-wear properties with enhanced surface wetting capabilities.
- Mist Oils are mostly used in as - metal drawing lubricants, metal drawing oil, drawing oil, drawing lubricants, wire drawing lubricants, aluminium wire drawing, aluminium wires, tube drawing, forging process, pressing, stamping, DIP drawing, cold rolling oils, hot rolling oils, copper rolling oils
